When You Can Cancel
- Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive an item that’s broken, defective, or missing from your order, please contact our customer support immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost, in line with our Return & Refund Policy. - Change of Mind
Changed your mind? No worries! If you wish to cancel your order, let us know within 24 hours of the confirmation We’ll do our best to stop the shipment if it hasn’t left our warehouse yet.
Fees & Charges
- Damaged or Missing Items
No extra charges — we’ll handle the issue and send a replacement or process a refund. - Unsatisfactory Product Experience
Depending on the case, return shipping fees or restocking fees may apply, and will be discussed with you before proceeding.
How to Cancel an Order
- Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp, call, or email as soon as you wish to cancel.
- If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll cancel it right away and confirm with you.
- If the order is already shipped, cancellation may not be possible — in such cases, you may proceed with a return after receiving the order (per our Return Policy).
Important Notes
- All prices and refunds are processed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) or United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).
- Smartifygifts reserves the right to decline a cancellation request if the product has already been delivered or doesn’t meet our cancellation conditions.
