At Smartify gifts, we believe gifting should bring joy — not confusion or frustration. That’s why we’ve crafted a return and refund policy that’s as transparent and customer-

friendly as possible, while also protecting the integrity of our creative work.

Eligibility for Return

We accept returns for most products under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 calendar days of receiving the
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be
  • The item is not a customized, personalized, or made-to-order
Items Not Eligible for Return

To protect hygiene, originality, and personalization, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g. names, photos, engravings, printing)
  • Perishable gifts (e.g. food baskets, flowers, chocolates)
  • Seasonal items (e.g. Eid/Christmas/New Year specials)
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable

Note: If any of the above items arrive damaged or defective, we’ll happily replace them after verification.

Refunds – When s How
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same product in cases of:

  • Wrong item received
  • Product received with damage or manufacturing defect

If you prefer a different product altogether, you may request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Return Shipping s Responsibility
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we’ll cover the return shipping and guide you through the process.
  • Returned items must be securely We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

  • Returns without prior approval will not be
  • We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request that doesn’t meet our conditions.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit after verification.
